To help meet the demand for our gluten free goodies in our new Just Gluten Free Bakery I am looking for:

– Full Time Pastry Chef
– Full Time Shop Assistant
– Part Time Shop Assistant
– Part Time Kitchen Hand/Dish Washer
– Full Time Kitchen Hand/Dish Washer

These roles all require a strong commitment to keeping the premises 100% gluten-free and preventing any possible cross-contamination. This is the core value of our business and our highest priority.

PASTRY CHEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Variable shifts across Monday to Saturday, covering hours ranging between 6am – 5pm
– Occasional Sunday shifts starting at 2am baking for Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market
– Certificate III in baking and experience working with puff pastry essential
– Must have the right to live and work in South Australia

SHOP ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Monday to Saturday variable shifts from 8.30am – 5pm
– Occasional Sunday shifts at Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market
– Food handling certificate Level 1 essential
– Outstanding customer service with a smile
– Must have the right to live and work in South Australia

KITCHEN HAND JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Variable shifts across Monday to Saturday, covering hours ranging between 6am – 5pm
– Occasional Sunday shifts starting at 2am baking for Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market
– Food handling certificate Level 1 essential
– Must have the right to live and work in South Australia

Fresh Pasta:Tagliatelle al ragu’

Gnocchi Burro e Oro (fresh tomato sauce with fresh cream and butter)

Dolce:Crema fritta con gelato alla vaniglia ed aceto balsamico di Modena invecchiato 25 anni (deep fryed custard with vanilla ice cream and traditional Aceto Balsamico di Modena aged 25 years.)
