Sabine is happy to use her many years of experience to teach you how just a few ingredients, together with the right timing, can transfer a dough into a perfect gluten-free puff pastry.
After this class, you’ll be ready and able to make your own pasties, sausage rolls, appetisers, finger food – anything you’d like to create!
You’ll learn to roll and fold the pastry with the book fold method to make 256 layers of perfect puff pastry.
The class contains both theoretical and practical elements, including:
- gluten free pastry ingredients
- processing the dough (and learning the book fold method)
- ideas for creating your own puff pastry masterpieces.
At the end of the class, you will have the opportunity to taste the results of your work and Sabine will be available to answer any questions that might have arisen during the class.
As a bonus, you will get to take home some pastry dough which you can work on.
