This class is designed to give you the right tools and skills to prepare your own home-made gluten free bread.
During the class, Sabine will use her vast experience and her passion, following Italian tradition to prepare an original home-made Italian gluten free bread.
To achieve the perfect dough, you will learn how to use the right ingredients, the right quantities and the right timing.
Using the same dough, you will also learn how to prepare a fabulous focaccia bread.
The class contains both theoretical and practical elements, including:
- instructions on the best ingredients to mix together to achieve a great gluten free dough
- how to process the dough
- the raising process
- processing a focaccia bread, preparation and filling.
At the end of the class, once the breads are complete, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the results of your work and Sabine will be available to answer any questions that might have arisen during the class.
As a bonus, you will get to take home a dough which you can work on. Just finish the preparation and cook – and you will have your first home-made gluten free bread! In addition, you will also receive a Just Gluten Free bread mix flour and the recipes to add to your collection.
